I understand that this action is irreversible. Once processed, my Liiro account profile, reading history, highlights, custom bookshelves, and reading streaks will be permanently wiped from the production database.

Submissions are forwarded securely to our compliance review team and processed within 48 to 72 hours.

Instant In-App Deletion Method

If you still have the Liiro app installed on your Android device, you do not need to wait for manual processing. You can execute an instant wipe:

Open the Liiro app on your Android device.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
Tap Account Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account".
Confirm the prompt to wipe your data immediately.

Scope of Permanently Deleted Data

Profile Data: Display name, email, avatar image, and account credentials.
Reading Telemetry: Reading progress, current chapter, and Whispersync timestamps.
User Content: Personal annotations, bookmarks, custom bookshelves, and saved books.
Gamification: Annual reading goal challenges, active streaks, and earned badges.
Device Sessions: Active JWT authentication tokens and device identifier records.

Statutory Financial Retention

If you have purchased a Liiro Pro subscription through Google Play Billing, anonymized financial audit receipts are retained for the minimum period mandated by financial and taxation authorities. No reading history or private identifiers are retained in these audit records.
